Secure your Confidential Data with ServiceNow DB Encryption and Fortanix

With ServiceNow and Fortanix Data Security Manager, customers can bring a FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified External Key Management Service to encrypt data stored in ServiceNow and to also protect the keys used for the encryption.

Using Fortanix DSM SaaS, database encryption keys for CCS are managed outside of ServiceNow in Fortanix. ServiceNow customers can manage the privacy of their data from outside of ServiceNow, creating policies in compliance with privacy regulations like the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Schrems II ruling.
